What is Find a Home?

Find a Home lets you apply for our social rented homes and express interest in properties which become available. Find a Home advertises around 850 properties each year for Link Housing Association and Horizon Housing Association.

When you apply for housing we ask for details about your housing need and we allocate our properties to those who need them most.

Expressing an interest in properties

Find a Home is a choice based letting (CBL) system. This means we advertise our properties when they become available. You can express an interest in a property that meets your needs by applying for the property online or by calling us. This is often referred to as ‘bidding’. You will only be considered for a property if you express your interest in it when it is advertised.

Properties can be advertised on any day of the week, and remain advertised for a minimum of seven days. If you would like to see the properties we have available at the moment please click here.
