Apply to join Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council’s Home Ownership Register to register your interest in and view available and upcoming low cost home ownership properties through Shared Ownership, the First Homes scheme and local Discounted Market Sales units.
As a new product, it is not likely that there will be any First Homes properties available until 2023/2024 as the new developments which will incorporate First Homes go through the planning and build process.

You must be over 18 to purchase a low cost home ownership property, and the eligibility criteria for most low cost schemes will have a maximum household income cap of £80,000.
The form will take around 15 minutes to complete, and if the form is not fully completed it may be cancelled.
